Vendor Applications
Returning vendor applications will open in January 2025. New vendor applications will open in February 2025. Please check back at that time.
Please Note: there is a non-refundable application fee of $25. This must be paid at the time of your application and be sent in along with any necessary supporting documents. If you produce food products you must also send your Health Unit certification. If you are an agricultural vendor you must provide your MyPick certification or proof you are applying for this for the upcoming season. You must also provide your proof of insurance at the time of application. Your application will not be considered complete and will not be considered for the 2024 season unless all of these items are included. Before submitting your application, please review the LFM Vendor Handbook for the policies and regulations of the Lakefield Farmers' Market.
Important:
- Along with the application, agricultural vendor applicants must submit proof of their up-to-date MyPick verification (or proof that they have applied to the program)
- Prepared food vendor applicants must submit proof of their up-to-date kitchen inspection report, provided through the Peterborough County-City Health Unit (please call to arrange an inspection appointment)
- Artisanal vendor applicants will be contacted after their application is processed to arrange for submission of their portfolio to our artisanal jury
