Chocosol Traders

Chocosol is a local, artisan chocolatier that is pedal powered up to Lakefield from Peterbrough. Our chocolate is made  in our production kitchen in Toronto from whole cacao beans that have been horizontally traded with indiginous communites in southern Mexico. The chocolate is stone-ground and blended with whole foods from México, such as vanilla, coconut, and chile peppers, as well as from Ontario and Quebec, such as hemp, maple butter, chile peppers, and kakai pumpkin seeds.
