I am a stay-at-home mum of two, who in the last couple of years has discovered sewing. I started with dresses for my daughter, a bag for myself, and a specially designed diaper bag as a gift for my sister-in-law who eight months ago had her first baby. After many beautiful comments and lots of encouragement from my family and friends I decided I would take the next step and open Pink Grasshopper Designs.

I specialize in handmade Messenger Bags and Messenger style Diaper Bags, along with some clothing and much more. My products are made with a mix of fun and funky fabrics, some using recycled curtains, or old jeans or jean skirts, and each having a slight alteration ensuring the customer a special one-of-a-kind item.

I absolutely love sewing, and am thrilled to be seeing several of my designs on the shoulders of local ladies. I hope that my customers get as much enjoyment from their item, as I do out of creating it.

I am a local photographer that has been taking pictures for over 20 years now. Though I do specialize in weddings and portraiture I have always enjoyed photographing landscapes and wildlife. These are the types of photos I will have for sale at our stall.

We live in a beautiful part of the world here in Lakefield and sharing it with tourists and locals through my photographs is something I do take great enjoyment in.

Of course I will have some examples of my portraiture available for viewing for those wishing to book a sitting or wedding.
