Vendor Applications

Applications for the 2022 Season are now CLOSED.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor this season please send us an email to see if any spaces have become availabile before applying.  This will save you the application fee, if we have no space and cannot accept your application.  If space becomes available we will redirect you via email to apply and submit your application fee at that time

Please note that there is a non-refundable application fee of $25. This must be paid at the time of your application and be sent in along with any necessary supporting documents. If you produce food products you must also send your Health Unit certification. If you are an agricultural vendor you must provide your MyPick certification or proof you are applying for this for the upcoming season. You must also provide your proof of insurance at the time of application. Your application will not be considered complete and will not be considered for the 2022 season unless all of these items are included.

Before submitting your application, please review our updated Vendor Handbook for all the rules and regulations of the Lakefield Farmers' Market:
