Applications for the 2019 Season are now available!
We are happy to announce that the Lakefield Farmers' Market is now accepting applications for the 2019 season! If you're a farmer, baker, candlestick maker (or anything in between!), and you're looking for a space to sell your wares this year, please consider the Lakefield Farmers' Market a prime retail opportunity in east central Ontario!
Please note that there is a non-refundable application fee of $25. This must be paid at the time of your application and be sent in along with any necessary supporting documents. If you produce food products you must also send your Health Unit certification. If you are an agricultural vendor you must provide your MyPick certification or proof you are applying for this for the upcoming season. You must also provide your proof of insurance at the time of application. Your application will not be considered complete and will not be considered for the 2019 season unless all of these items are included.
Before submitting your application, please review our updated Vendor Handbook for all the rules and regulations of the Lakefield Farmers' Market:
This year we'd like to collect as many applications online as possible, so the link below will take you to a form that can be filled out right on the website. Please note that returning vendors have first right of refusal over their stalls from last year, and they have until Feb 22, 2019 to let us know that they are returning before we begin accepting new vendors.
New vendors are more than welcome to submit applications before this time, all applications (returning and new) must be in by March 8th, 2019.
This years markets will run Thursdays from 9am-2pm from May 23 until October 7 2019, rain or shine.
